ダークスティールより神話レアと格上げされ再録された歴代最強コロ助。これが出たダークスティール当初では歯と爪/Tooth and Nail を絡めたウルザトロンなどで使われたが現環境ではどうであろうか。一考の余地がありそうなのは、練達の変成者/Master Transmuter から出したり、今回再録された変身/Polymorph だろう。特に後者はデッキに幽体の行列/Spectral Procession のようなトークン生成カードを含めクリーチャーカードはこれだけにすれば必ずコロ助がお出ましとなる。
しかし、 流刑への道/Path to Exileのような破壊でない優秀な除去が存在する昨今活躍できるか。

さぁ、カウンターフェニックスを作ろうか！・・・orz
陶片のフェニックス/Shard Phoenix のように自ら墓地に送ることができないため往来のようなデッキは作ることができないだろう。生け贄に捧げるいいエンジンが存在しないのも向かい風。ただ今後のカード次第では化けるかも・・・。
最近のフェニックスの中では非常に強い分類に分けられる。

変わったプロテクションを持つ天使クリーチャー。除去スペルの的とはなってしまうが、ドラゴンやデーモンに対する牽制はなかなかなもの。このプロテクションはおまけだと考えても、5/5＋飛行、先制攻撃、絆魂持ちのハイスペックであるのでこれだけで使っても十分に強いか。
イラストはかなりきれいなものであり、コレクターとしてはホイルも集めたい一品なりそうだ。
エルフの大ドルイド/Elvish Archdruid １緑緑

エルフのチャンピオン/Elvish Champion に変わる新たなロードクリーチャー。エルフは少し違うがティタニアの僧侶/Priest of Titania 能力つき。タップだけでマナ加速ができるためエルフ親和のようなコンボデッキにはぴったりであろう。また、回避能力は与えられないもの緑の大型クリーチャーを早々に呼び出せることもできるためビートでも採用の余地がある。 神の怒り/Wrath of God のような全体除去がなくなるのも追い風になりそうだ。

これは臭いカード。自分にも被害が出るが先手１ターン目に相手の土地を根こそぎ落とせる可能性があるカード。運要素は絡んでくるが、決まれば相手はげんなりすることだろう。まぁ、たらればの話になってしまうが。一度はこのカードを使ってデッキを作ってみたいものである。
萎れ葉のしもべ/Wilt-Leaf Liege にはご注意を。
ガーゴイルの城/Gargoyle Castle

5,T,Sacrifice Gargoyle Castle: Put a 3/4 colorless Gargoyle artifact creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
クリーチャー化する土地であるGargoyle Castle。合わせてこれから生み出されるガーゴイルトークンの画像が公開となった。
以前にも似たカードとして隠れ石/Stalking Stonesというものがある。これやミシュラランド同様、スペルのストックを割く必要もないダメージ源であるので、コントロールデッキのフィニッシャーとして使われることであろう。隠れ石と同じで、一度起動してしまえば、もうマナを支払わなくてもよいが、ソーサリー除去の的になってしまうのが痛い点か。
また隠れ石とは違い、こちらは土地と引き換えであるためバウンスされるととても辛い。
しかし、3/4＋飛行というスペックで再録された 稲妻/Lightning Bolt一枚で死なない点など、かなり強いのでコントロールではうまく守ってあげたいところ。ぜひ使ってこの強さを体験してみたい。
睡眠/Sleep ２青青

リミテッドでも構築でもこちらがクリーチャーを展開しつつ、使えばエンドカードとなりうる。これが通った後対戦相手はアンタップさせるか新たにクリーチャーを展開しなければ２ターン無防備となってしまう。しかし、ソーサリーであるため、謎めいた命令/Cryptic Command とどちらをとるかとなれば柔軟性の高い後者となるか。
いろいろな方面で予測が立っているが、M10発売後のメタは何になるだろうか。
今回M10収録カードでは白と赤が特化しているように思えるので、白単ビート、白単キスキン、赤単バーン、赤単スライなんかが隆盛してくるだろう。
また、神の怒り/Wrath of God を失ったコントロールデッキに居場所はあるのだろうか。重いが神の怒り/Wrath of God以外の全体除去に依存するデッキが現れることに期待したい。
また、新規カードの画像が公開となったので紹介を。
どちらも対抗色である青と黒に関係するカードである。個人的には苔蛇が使ってみたいかなーと。相手に依存するものの面白いグロウデッキを組んでみたい。
沼の悪霊/Bog Wraith が引き続きM10に再録されることが判明した。
また、本当に出てしまった自分だけ十字軍/Crusade ことHonor of the Pure 。そのプロモ画像が公開されていたので紹介。
Magic2010をボックスで購入するとついてくるらしいのだが、配布されるのはアメリカまたはヨーロッパだという・・・。

ギャンコマと違い投げることはできないが出てくるトークンは2/2警戒持ちが３体も。これはコストパフォーマンスはいいではないだろうか。ヒバリで釣れなくてとても残念。

前回と異なり飛行がついた。これならたとえ今後マナを生み出せなくなるとしても、タフネスも４あるクリーチャーが残るのでなかなかよさそうだ。ただ、今の環境は単体除去がかなり優秀なのでこの土地の強さは未知数か？

翻訳が完全ではないのですみません。戦闘ダメージをプレーヤーに与えた場合、好きなカードを持ってきて対戦相手がそのカードを当てることができなかったら、自分のコントロール化で出せるというものっぽいです。
