ついに来た。新しいサルカン。
こいつはまた新しいタイプのプレインズウォーカーで忠誠値をプラスにするものが無く、さらにいきなり３番目の能力を使うことが出来る。
一つ目の能力はドローにも似た能力で自分へ火力付き。闇の腹心/Dark Confidantのようなものだが、これも土地でもいいので必ずダメージはおまけとならない。
二つ目の能力は除去のように見えるが違う。対象のクリーチャーを5/5のドラゴン・トークンにしてしまうもの。ほぼ自分のクリーチャーに対して使うかもしれないが、相手のクリーチャーが5/5、飛行よりも脅威となるのなら相手に使うのもよし。
三つ目は自軍のドラゴンのパワー分のダメージを対戦相手にぶちかますというもの。

追放系でないと対処できなくなる。

緑版のけちな贈り物/Gifts Ungivenといったところ。土地しかもってこれない。土地に限定されているので単色で使うにしても基本地形のほかに名前の違う地形を3つも入れなくてはならない。
使うならば緑がらみの２色以上のデッキが使いやすいだろう。
それにしても３マナインスタントで４枚もライブラリーを圧縮できるなんて緑もすごくなったものだ。

全体除去されてもブロッカーが出来るし、一気にマナ加速できる。
吸血鬼以外のクリーチャーでも誘発するのはなかなかよい。

ここに来て部族ソーサリーの登場。
５体のエルドラージ・トークンを生み出せる。ブロッカーの生成だけでなく、返しのターンまで除去されること無く残っていれば次のターン１３マナ生み出すことが出来る。

ダメージを与えるところまではうつろう爆発/Erratic Explosion。公開された土地でないカードは手札に行くのがミソ。

鏡割りのキキジキ/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breakerみたいな挙動が出来るため、侵入警報/Intruder Alarmややっかい児/Pestermiteで無限トークン。

平和な心/Pacifismを１マナ軽くしたら攻撃だけ出来なくなった。ブロックだけは問題なくできるので根本的な解決にはなっていない。時間稼ぎ程度ではあるが十分使えそう。

以前のフェイク情報とはことなって生み出した２マナで支払えるのはエルドラージ呪文とエルドラージの起動型能力にのみとなる。今のところ起動型能力をもつエルドラージ・パーマネント・カードは存在しないがどうであろうか。
残念ながらウギンの目/Eye of Uginの起動型能力のコストには支払えない。

運命の大立者/Figure of Destiny的などんどん成長していくクリーチャー。なんなんだろうねこれ。他のカードゲームでもありそうなシステム。しかも日本語のほうが珍しくレベルの書き方がしっくりくる。
肝心の中身はレベルアップすることで除去を得ることが出来る。

ものすごく大盤振る舞いなエルドラージ・クリーチャー。
カウンターされない、唱えたら追加ターンを得る、能力３つ持ち。さすが１５マナといったところ。
これだけ大型のクリーチャーが登場しているのだから、安定して高マナを出せるカードも収録して欲しいものだ。

ようやくお出ましとなったエルドラージ・クリーチャー。唱えるだけで４枚ドローできる。１０マナもかかるのだが。
そして新しい能力Annilihator Xはアタック時に誘発する能力で、Xの数だけ防御プレイヤーはパーマネントを生け贄に捧げるというもの。
そして、ダークスティールの巨像/Darksteel Colossusなどと同じような能力持ち。全然違うけど。
まだ、これだけではウギンの目/Eye of Uginは始まりそうにない。
コレクターズナンバーにも注目。
ゼンディカーブッロク第３エキスパンションが大型になることは以前紹介したが、今回そのブロックの名前が判明した。
この名前からエルドラージの碑/Eldrazi Monumentが少なからず関わってそうな感じがする。
発売日は来年４月２３日。
